For candidates
The best jobs never get advertised
Let recruiters come to you - without your name, your number or your CV going anywhere until someone pays to see them.
Anonymous in search
Skills, experience, pay band and city show up. Your identity does not.
They pay to contact you
One company, one reveal. You see who unlocked you, and when.
Always free for you
No premium profile. No boost fees. Advertisers fund the product.
You've done this before. Update the CV, send it to a job board, and then it's out there: your name, your number, your work history, sitting in a database anyone can search. Sometimes that includes the company you work for right now.
And then nothing happens, because the job that would have suited you was never advertised. Someone phoned a recruiter, the recruiter phoned three people they already knew, and it was filled by Friday.
Loopi works the other way around.
You're anonymous until someone pays
Recruiters and employers search Loopi and see what you can do: your skills, your experience, what you earn now, what you're looking for, which city you're in.
What they don't see is who you are. No name. No number. No email. No CV. Not the company you work for.
When one of them wants to talk to you about a job, they pay to see your details. Only then, and only that one company. You can see every one of them in your account: which company, when, and whether they found you in a search or you applied to them.
It's free. Not free-for-now: free.
We don't charge candidates. There's no premium profile, no “boost your visibility”, no fee to be seen by more recruiters. Advertisers pay for reveals - that's the whole business, and it's why we never need to charge you.
How it works
- Join with your name, email and cell number. About a minute.
- Build your profile: what you do now, what you've done, what you're qualified in, what you're looking for next. Add your CV if you have one handy.
- Get found. Recruiters and employers search for people who match a vacancy.
- They pay to see your details and contact you about the job.
A few things people ask before they join
- “Will my boss see this?”
- They can't see your name, your number or your CV, and they can't see which company you work for - that's hidden until someone pays for a reveal. What they can see, like anyone else searching, is your job title and what you say you do. If your job title is unusual enough to give you away, keep it general.
- “Why do you want my ID?”
- So one person is one profile, and so we know you're 18 or older. A person checks the copy against what you typed, then we delete it. We keep a note that it was checked, not the document.
- “Can I hide my profile?”
- Not while you're a candidate - if you're in the pool, you're findable. If you want out, you can stop being a candidate in one click, and we delete your profile. Your account and your network stay.
- “What if I'm not really looking?”
- Say so on your profile. Plenty of people sit here as “open to opportunities”, and recruiters can see that before they spend anything.
Being straight about how we make money
Recruiters and employers pay us to see a candidate's details. That is the business, and your details are what they are paying for - so we won't insult you by claiming nobody ever pays for them.
What we don't do is sell you in bulk. We don't hand your information to data brokers, mailing lists or anyone who wants to market to you. Nobody gets a spreadsheet of our candidates. A payment buys one company, one candidate, one time, because they want to talk to you about a job - and you can see every one of them in your account.
What we never do
- We never give your information to anyone for their own marketing.
- We never publish your CV where it can be found.
- We never charge you, for anything, ever.
