Post a vacancy on a job board and you get 300 applications, 280 of which haven't read it. The person you actually want is employed, reasonably happy, and not looking - so they never see it.
The people on Loopi didn't come here from a job advert. A friend, a cousin or a former colleague sent them a link, and they built a profile because it costs nothing and their details stay private. Most of them are not on the boards at all.
See what matters before you spend anything
Your package lets you search the whole pool. You see what someone does, what they've done, what they're qualified in, what they earn now, what they want next, how soon they're available, and which city they're in.
What you don't see is who they are - until you reveal them. That's the deal that gets them here, and it's why the pool exists.
You spend a reveal, not a fee per CV
One reveal is one candidate: their name, contact details and CV, for up to 3 months. It comes out of your monthly allocation, and unused reveals roll over for a year.
Two ways it happens:
- Headhunting - you find them in a search and decide they're worth a call.
- Shortlisting - they apply for one of your ads and you shortlist them.
Both cost the same: one reveal.
What we check, and what we don't
We ask every candidate for an ID or passport, and a person on our team compares the document with what they typed. Before you spend anything, you can see whether that's been done for a given candidate.
What that means: the details match a document somebody handed us. What it doesn't mean: that we've verified them with Home Affairs, or that everything on their profile is true. Candidates write their own profiles, the same as any CV you've ever read.
Advertise your own vacancies
Your package includes a number of job ads a year. Applications come from the same pool, and shortlisting an applicant works like any other reveal.
What it costs
Packages start at R575 a month including VAT, billed quarterly in advance. Each one includes candidate search, job ads, a number of users, and a monthly allowance of reveals that rolls over for a year. There's a free trial: unlimited job ads for 3 months. Reveals are paid for separately: a R1 399 reveal voucher buys 40 candidate reveals.
