For Loop Legends

Everyone knows someone who needs a job

Invite them to Loopi. Build a network of 1 000, and we pay you R10 every time a recruiter or employer pays to see someone in it.

Earn R10 per reveal

The same person can be revealed more than once. You earn every time.

Your rate

R10

every time someone in your network is revealed, once you reach 1 000

You know people. The guy who fixed your geyser. Your cousin who just finished her diploma. The woman who ran the shop before it closed. Some of them are looking for work right now. Most of them will never see the job that would have suited them, because it was never advertised anywhere they look.

Recruiters have the opposite problem. They have vacancies and no one good to put in them.

Loopi puts the two together, and pays you for making the introduction.

Here's what it costs you: nothing

Not now, not later, not ever. No joining fee, no subscription, no “upgrade to unlock”, no buying anything. If anyone ever asks you to pay for something on Loopi, it isn't us.

Here's how you earn

  1. You join, free, and get your own invite link.
  2. You share it: WhatsApp, Facebook, the family group, the guys at work.
  3. The people who join through it build their profiles and become findable.
  4. At 1 000 people in your network, you become a Loop Legend. That's the point where the rewards start being yours.
  5. From then on, every time a recruiter or employer pays to see someone in your network, you get R10.

You earn on the people you invited, and on the people they invited. You did the introduction once; it keeps counting.

So what does that actually come to?

Here's the part that matters: the same person can be revealed more than once.

A candidate isn't used up when one company pays to see them. A second company can pay to see the same person the following week. A third the month after. And each company's access runs out after three months, so a company that wants to come back pays again. You earn R10 every single time.

So what you earn isn't your network multiplied by R10. It's:

the candidates in your network × how often each one gets revealed × R10

The first number is the people you invited who went on to build a profile and make themselves findable - not everyone who joins does. The second is the one nobody can promise you. Here's what it looks like if you're earning on 1 000 candidates:

If each one is revealed…Over a year, you'd earn
onceR10 000
three timesR30 000
ten timesR100 000

Which of those is realistic? We don't know yet, and we're not going to pretend we do. Loopi is new. Nobody has these numbers - not us, and certainly not anyone who offers you one. What we can tell you is the rate, R10, and exactly how it's worked out. The rest comes down to how many people in your network build a profile, and how many companies want to talk to them.

What we won't do is pick the friendly row off that table and put it on a poster.

Why 1 000, and what it means before you get there

We'll be straight with you: until you reach 1 000, reveals in your network don't pay you anything. The threshold is there because paying out costs us money to administer, and a programme that pays out to thousands of people with two friends each would cost more to run than it returns.

It's not a fee and it's not a purchase - it's a starting line. And nothing you build before you cross it is wasted: the people you invited stay in your network, and everything they do after you qualify counts.

“But I don't know 1 000 people”

Nobody does. That's not how it works.

You invite 10 people you actually know. If each of them invites 10, that's 100. If those 100 each invite 10, you're at 1 000 - and you personally invited ten.

1010, then 10 again1 110

At 1 000 verified members you become a Loop Legend, and that's when the rewards start paying out to you.

Some people go further. Invite 100 - a WhatsApp group, a church, a study group, a taxi association - and have each of them invite 100, and your network is 10 000 people.

The honest part

We could stop there, but you'd find out the rest later and feel cheated.

  • You earn when someone is revealed, not when they join. A recruiter has to pay to see their details. Plenty of people in your network never will be, and inviting people who never build a profile earns you nothing at all.
  • The 1 000 has to be real. Every one of them verifies their own cell number. Fake sign-ups are wasted effort, not a shortcut.
  • We can't tell you what you'll make. It depends on how many people in your network become candidates and how many of them a recruiter wants. Anyone who promises you a monthly figure for this kind of thing is lying to you.
  • If someone you invited becomes a Loop Legend themselves, the people they brought in move across to them. You keep earning on everyone you invited directly, and on everyone else in your network. We'd rather you knew that up front than found it on a dashboard.

What your friends get out of it

This only works if the thing you're sharing is actually good for them. It is: it's free for them too, their details stay private until a recruiter pays, and their current boss can't find them sitting on a job site. You're not selling them anything.

The current figures are published in the Reward Schedule, which forms part of the Terms.
